  • Second floor two bedroom villa with a den/office plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Single parking space and a one car garage. Community pool available on the same street as the unit. Golf amenities at an additional cost. Short term rental of 30 days or more required and background check required. Naples Beach is 15 minutes away by car. Very quiet community

Great Property

The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again.
