"The hotel room was very spacious and clean! The air conditioning and the fridge were especially great considering we visited during the heatwave. The hotel was also near Napoli Centrale and various shops and restaurants, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Would recommend!"

Wat ons wel tegenviel, is dat de service erg onpersoonlijk aanvoelt. Er is geen officiële receptie en het in- en uitchecken verloopt volledig via WhatsApp of telefonisch. Dat is praktisch, maar hierdoor mis je wel het persoonlijke contact en de gastvrijheid die je van een hotel verwacht. Juist door die onpersoonlijke service...

"Salotto Toledo was a very nice stay. It's not right on Via Toledo, so you get some peace and quiet. A little tricky figuring out the gate to enter the building, but apartment from that I had no issues. Would recommend staying here."
