"Location was close to the airport. Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though. "This was such a convenient, wonderful stay in Naples! It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport, and it's a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient given we were taking a train to Sorrento later that evening. "The hotel is in a nice location, serves a delicious breakfast, and the staff are wonderful. Having stayed here 10 years ago, I did notice the property could use a bit of updating particularly in the bathroom. On the bright side, the shower pressure was amazing! However, the shower tap was a bit wonky, and the glass door didn't seal properly, making it nearly impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Additionally, the basin tap couldn't be turned on fully because it hit the mirror above it. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The only tweak I'd suggest is the playlist: full-on rave/disco music is a bit intense for 7:00 AM, a calmer vibe would suit the morning much better!"
