"We spent over four hours traveling to the hotel through a snowstorm and arrived close to midnight. We noticed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, including the lobby that initially caught our attention on the website. I completely understand that renovations are sometimes necessary. However, after such a long and tiring journey, it was a bit difficult to be woken up around 7 a.m. due to noise from a lock being replaced in a nearby room. I just wanted to share this as feedback, as rest was especially important for us after the trip"

"Parking lot was dark, room was clean, but no phone, breakfast was terrible, make your own coffee with machine, ants and bugs crawling on countertops, bread, cereal, oatmeal, fruit cups, some juice and bagels only on one morning. Outside was not appealing either. Felt abandoned. Needs updated, but not busy at all, maybe 2-3 customers....very dilapidated."

"Changed our original itinerary to this hotel due to it having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Shower water didn't stay hot and the way the room was set up couldn't see the TV.. Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to go all the way down to the front desk just to get ice also. Not at all what I was expecting. "
