"Excellent location right next to Namba station. The hotel lobby is stunning. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Their breakfast buffet is amazing with many food choices"
"Hotel in perfect location. Located right near popular areas such as Dotonbori, America-mura, and various other tourist areas. We stayed 6 days and found the room size to be acceptable as long as you’re smart with your luggage placement. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend hotel. "
"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!"
"Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. Having travelled round Japan and stayed at some lovely hotels this was by far the worst. Despite good reviews we had seen I would not recommend this. We booked a double room but the bed was not even big enough for a child and wasn’t a double. We had to pay to upgrade to what was a slightly better room. Although every time you went to the bathroom in the night the lighting the room automatically and on. The luggage storage was tiny and hard to get too.
The breakfast was very average. The omelette you had to put a number in for and I asked for it to be cooked more 15 mins later after repeatedly getting up to see if it was ready and I had eaten the rest of the breakfast it wasn’t cooked and was cold. Awful system and not relaxing. We had to ask for food to be replenished and the tables were just left without being cleared. Poor service and poor hotel from start to finish. "
"The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station.Very easy to find.It provides a very good lunch for about twenty dollars and a has easy to move around town.Very, very good location. It is traditional japanese hotel must remove their shoes. When they come in, it is really wow"
