They went out of their way on more than one occasion to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and really showed they are passionate about the hotel and their guests. "Overall, the stay was average. The location is convenient, as it’s close to the station. However, the service was below expectations. I paid extra to book a trundle room (three beds), but was instead given a double room. I showed the front desk my booking confirmation, but they refused to provide the room type I had reserved. It seemed the hotel may have oversold their rooms and reassigned me to a lower category. No reimbursement or refund was offered for the difference."

"Room is old but clean, it's typical love hotel style. In room dining is available. You can use the payment ATM nxt to the door before checkout to settle by cash or card, instructions are in Japanese. Per usual love hotel you will be locked in once you are in the room, dial 9 and ask staff to open door if you need to leave the room. Car park is on level 1, you need to use stairs to get to room passing the reception. Hotel is on a slope so it's a bit challenging to stop and ask for instructions when we arrive. Other than that the staff are very helpful and they had instructions already translated in English printed for tourists who do not know the system. Room is large and toiletries are amazing and ladies can even use hair curler and other products. Overall good value and comfortable for 1-2 nights if you don't mind the style of stay."

"The hotel is an oasis in a busy neighborhood. The lobby was inviting and the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a variety of choices that were tasty and appealing to the eye. The staff was helpful. We would stay here again."
