"Location great. Accommodation poor walls so thin I could hear the man next door going to the toilet. Kettle did not work. Bedding stained and no lights in the bathroom. Emailed the staff about breakfast included in the price as that is what was advertised and that is what I paid for however their response was rude and blamed Hotels.com.

Good food at dinner & breakfast. Friendly & professional staff service.
Improvement works going on to the entrance did not inconvenience or disturb our relaxing stay. Friendly chat with reception staff upon leaving.
