"Nice accommodations. Very close to where we needed to be. "

"I planned our stay for our Golf themed weekend and was excited when we walked in the lobby. Gradually that excitement turned to disappointment as we were led to our room. We took the stained stairs to our 3rd floor room, I made the comment “that the smell reminds me of weekends at Wildwood NJ.” take that as you will. We were lead down the hallway that looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks which only heightened my anxiety for the room. We entered the room, it was pleasant until I started looking around. The room appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly, as there were tight curly hairs left behind on the bed, in between the sheets. The pillows were as thick as sheets of paper and the mattress sucked. The bathroom was another story. The shower curtain had red mildew, there was something on the shower wall, the soap dispenser didn’t work, the shower plate behind the handle was coming off the wall so that I could see INTO the wall and again HAIR EVERYWHERE. There were no hooks to hang towels or toiletries bag.So why did I stay?!? It was PGA Championship weekend and everything was booked otherwise I would have left. I didn’t take photos because I didn’t know if I was going to write a review."

"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"The front desk staff were professional and responsive. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The housekeeping, however, did an abysmal job of cleaning the rooms. None of the trash cans had liners, we had a cracked ice bucket that was not replaced until after two days of bringing it to their attention, They repeatedly kept forgetting to provide us bars of soap as well as a full complement of bath towels. They forgot to clean our room on two different days and we had to call the front desk to have them send a housekeeping staff person to do it. We definitely will not be going there again."

"This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. There were also a lot of air fresheners all over, which I’m assuming was to mask the smell of cat pee and weed from the other tenants in the hallway. We also kept getting woken up in the middle of night by traffic and tires screeching outside, but that is just what comes with visiting Philly. There was plenty of free parking on side streets, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a fine stay for the price; it was fairly clean and felt safe for the area. Instructions on how to enter were easy to follow, and check out was simple. I would recommend if you’re on a budget."
