"Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, the initial room we were assigned had a strong and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. In addition, the room was not clean, and the blanket had multiple visible cigarette burn holes, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. We immediately requested a room change, and while the staff did accommodate us with a second room, the conditions were only marginally improved. The second room still had lingering smoke odors and did not provide a clean or comfortable environment for a proper stay. Overall, the experience made it difficult to feel at ease or get a good night’s rest. Given these circumstances, the accommodations didn't meet reasonable expectations or the standards typically associated with bookings made through Expedia. As a result, we requested a full refund for this stay. "

"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"The front desk staff were professional and responsive. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The housekeeping, however, did an abysmal job of cleaning the rooms. None of the trash cans had liners, we had a cracked ice bucket that was not replaced until after two days of bringing it to their attention, They repeatedly kept forgetting to provide us bars of soap as well as a full complement of bath towels. They forgot to clean our room on two different days and we had to call the front desk to have them send a housekeeping staff person to do it. We definitely will not be going there again."

"This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. There were also a lot of air fresheners all over, which I’m assuming was to mask the smell of cat pee and weed from the other tenants in the hallway. We also kept getting woken up in the middle of night by traffic and tires screeching outside, but that is just what comes with visiting Philly. There was plenty of free parking on side streets, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a fine stay for the price; it was fairly clean and felt safe for the area. Instructions on how to enter were easy to follow, and check out was simple. I would recommend if you’re on a budget."
