Lovely villa in beautiful neighbourhood

A lovely little spot, perfect for a week at the beach with the family. Villa is equipped with everything you would need, including toys and games to keep the whole family entertained. Narbonne Plage is a nice seaside town, with a beautiful and expansive beach. Lots of places to enjoy a nice gelato and some great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Cute beach villa

Plenty of room on two levels with air conditioning. Kitchen is fully supplied to make meals. Outdoor patio is enclosed and private. Short walk to beach. Just a bit further walk to a central area and has good choices of restaurants and your morning baguette.

Le séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Propriétaire sympa et disponible si besoin. La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire. C'est de loin la meilleure location que j'ai eu à Narbonne et pourtant j'en ai loué pas mal des logements de vacances. Je reviendrai sans hésiter..Cordialement Khadidja.

Un deuxième séjour toujours aussi agréable

Nous avons, pour la deuxième fois, choisi la maison de Mme Guarrigues pour nos vacances avec les petits-enfants. Elle est idéale : spacieuse avec ses deux grandes chambres ( et une large mezzanine en plus), un petit jardin-terrasse clos ombragé par les lauriers roses . Un quartier calme à 5minutes de la plage ( à pied au rythme du plus jeune enfant). L'air co est disponible, mais avec une bonne gestion de l'aération et des volets et grâce à l'orientation de la terrasse, nous ne l'avons quasi pas utilisé malgré les quelques jours de fortes chaleurs.Tout correspond à la description faite. Très bonne literie. J'ai beau chercher, je ne vois rien de négatif. Une maison que je conseille vivement.

Location agréable et idéalement située

Séjour du 23 au 30 juillet 2024. Résidence avec tout le confort dans un endroit calme et plaisant. La plage de sable fin est à 5 mn à pied donc la voiture reste sur le parking. D'ailleurs, il est très facile de se garer, il y a beaucoup de places. En ce qui concerne les commerces, restaurants, il faut prendre la voiture. La propriétaire s'est rendu disponible et à l'écoute. Elle était aux petits soins pour nous. Un grand merci à elle. Très bon séjour passé pour les vacances

Maison très bien équipée et bien placée

Maison très fonctionnelle, hyper bien équipée. Proximité de la plage, des restaurants, pistes cyclables. Chouettes balades dans la Clape et les étangs. Très calme à cette époque (juin). Bonne literie. Climatisation et frigo silencieux. Propriétaire facilement disponible par mail ou téléphone (arrivée et départ sans problème en autonomie). Parking gratuit et très proche avec beaucoup de places libres.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description donnée dans l'annonce. L'hôte est l'écoute et très réactive. Que dire ? la maison est spacieuse, dans un quartier calme; le jardin-terrasse clôturé avec sa toile d'ombrage, le parasol et la végétation est très agréable pour les repas. Le petit plus : la douche extérieure idéale pour se débarrasser du sable de la plage. La literie est excellente, l'équipement est ok aussi. La maison reste très fraîche même sans utiliser la climatisation. Concernant le parking public, il y a toujours de la place dans la rue renseignée et cela tout tout près. La plage est proche aussi. Je recommande vraiment cette location !

Sonne und Wind satt

Es ist alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ansonsten muss einem klar sein, dass in dieser Region der Wind sehr heftig wehen kann und das über Tage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt aber nicht am Ort. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Location calme & idéalement située à Narbonne Plage

La villa est très bien équipée et propre conformément au descriptif faite dans l'annonce, la literie est excellente et les pièces sont relativement fraiche en été même sans faire fonctionner la clim. Internet en wifi et tv appréciée. Cour extérieur très agréable et bien clôturée et ombragée par végétation et parasole (top pour les siestes et repas). Mise à disposition de deux vélos pour balades sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables. Bref, je conseille.

Agréable maison à proximité de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La climatisation a l'étage et au rez de chaussée sont très appréciables. La terrasse entourée de lauriers permet de manger ou se reposer sans vis a vis. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et les excursions nombreuses dans les environs. Cette location est idéale pour un séjour en famille et l'environnement est reposant. Quant à la propriétaire, celle ci s'est montrée aimable et disponible. Pour conclure, nous recommandons vivement !

Das Haus ist sehr leicht zu finden, dieVermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es ist alles da , was man benötigt. was uns sehr gefiel, war die Nähe zum Strand, der zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. Preisleistung absolut in Ordnung. Alles in allem eine gelungene Woche.
