Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 1,151 sq ft apartment for rent in Narbonne, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 45 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, and portable air conditioning available
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- A laundry room with toilet and washing machine

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Three small balconies overlooking the Canal du Midi, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Narbonne, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market (Les Halles).

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Narbonne train station is about a 7-minute walk away.
- Béziers Cap d'Agde airport is about a 35-minute drive away.
- Free shuttle from Narbonne city center to the foot of the accommodation.
