Hemos estado bien, tenía de todo lo básico, con radiadores para no pasar frío, si algo eche de menos fue la pinza de la barbacoa que no había y el microondas a veces fallaba. Pero el resto, bien.

Ravie de notre séjour au leucatine 3. Maison très fonctionnelle pour une famille avec 2 enfants . Utile la petite terrasse avec barbecue, salon de jardin et bain de soleil . Très bien situé , pas besoin de prendre la voiture . Plage et port à 500. -600 m . Utile un grand ventilateur à disposition.

Très bonnes vacances. le moins - Dommage très mauvaise literie et la table extérieure est bancale et en mauvais état. De plus la siphon de sol était bouché dans la cour et nous avons eu les pieds dans l'eau au moment des pluies Mezzanine pas adaptée pour les adultes ou ados le plus - location très calme, sans vis à vis proche de tous commerces et de la mer L'équipement RAS

Logement vieillot et peu net (coussins et tissus tâchés), mobilier et décoration à renouveler. Le logement correspond au plus à 1 étoile et non 2. La taxe de séjour demandée est par ailleurs basée sur un établissement de catégorie 4 à 5 étoiles. De qui se moque-t-on ? Le ménage est décevant: miettes de pain et poussière sur le sol. Déçue que l' agence ne contrôle pas d'avantage les prestations vis à vis des propriétaires. Points positifs: parking sécurisé et plage proche.

Agence tres sympatique, maison tres bien pour les vacances. Seul bémol c'est l'etage. La poutre en bois et tres gênante. Faut juste faire attention en montant les escaliers. Et en les descendant. Sinon vacances parfaite !

port leucate

accommodation was average. quite well equipped but major setback was not having a washing machine. it was impossible for an adult to access the mezzanine safely due to the beams in the ceiling. i would not even be happy allowing children to go up and down the staircase. the bedroom and bathroom were of a good size. the shower over the bath could do with maintenance. the shower curtain was dangerous. lighting in the property was very dim. the patio area was enclosed and very private.
