  • In the heart of the beautiful Cathar country, the villa boasts wonderful views front and back - large, private pool and a 10 minute walk to the lovely, unspoiled village of Durban. Only 45 minutes drive to airports in Perpignan and Carcassonne. Minutes walk from numerous vineyards. Small supermarket in the village plus bank, boulangerie and bar/restaurant. Michelin star restaurant in the near-by village of Fontjoncouse which takes 10 minutes by car.
