You’ll be just a short walk from a diverse coastline, featuring sandy coves and crystal-clear cliffs. If you love walking, the nearby pine forest and the seaside promenade with its bike path are the perfect setting for your well-being. Start your day off right: open the windows and let yourself be enchanted by the ocean view. There’s nothing better than sipping your first coffee while gazing at the blue horizon. Plus, when you return from the beaches, you won’t have to go crazy looking for parking—your parking spot is convenient and always available right in front of the house!
The house is very spacious, ideal for up to 5 guests. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, two bedrooms, a living area, a dining area, and a laundry area. The area is very quiet; you can enjoy the balcony for unforgettable sunset aperitifs. The property has air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. The water comes from an artesian well—great for washing and cooking, but not for drinking.
