"I stay at the Taj Palace every time I go to Delhi. There are very few hotels that have the same consistent happy service and staff as I have experienced in Taj every time. Highly recommended."

"Nice clean hotel with excellent buffet with tasty variety of dishes. Pool and gym are well maintened. However this is NOT a long term stay hotel on a solo business trip. The room assigned was directly below a construction room so it was hard to take an afternoon rest after a night of overseas meetings. Staff starts rudely asking on what the purpose of the trip is and ignoring you on dining occasions. Some even whispered vulgar epithets not knowing I now hindi very well. Thanks was a horrible part of a 5-start hotel. Also, the AC gets turned off occassionally and our room smelt mouldy as well moist."

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
