Staff was a bit unfriendly. Not very helpful I waited for someone to attend to me while I was standing at desk for 5-7 mns . Front desk staff didn't speak any English or well enough to communicate with me . However hotel was ok. Rooms were a bit outdated

Excellent accommodations, breakfast was great, the room was spacious and very comfortable. So handy having a 24/7 family mart. We arrived very late at night and we could buy food and water.

The Hedistar Hotel Narita
They had breakfast buffet. Also have shops and restaurants around the hotel. There was Aeon department store with 100 yen shops as well. Free bus shuttle service to the Narita airport. Narita train station was also near by to walk there if you didn’t have any heavy suitcases.
