Room was clean and had all amenities we stayed one night and it was everything we needed. Customer service was excellent, two restaurants, pool and fitness room. Short ride from airport and a even shorter ride to Narita station ( free bus) highly recommend

Narita Gateway Hotel
I enjoyed both restaurants that they had on location. I enjoyed that they had transportation to JR station and to Mall. Service was good. tv stopped working and they replaced my tv within 20 mins . really good service.

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
We stayed here for one night as needed to catch a flight and wanted to avoid delays. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle was easy to find and on time. The only complaint was the bathroom in the room. It could have used a proper cleaning, we found hairs on the sick and the shower curtain needed ...
