Just the room was a bit tiny for 2 people. But breakfast was good, you got to choose from a variety of options.. coffee and tea readily available up on the top floor and restaurant downstairs…. We were only there for 1 night and got the double bed for 2…everything very clean but room was small. Different kind of tv system in our room..
Staff super nice, we got in late. Mahalo!!

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station. Unfortunately I will not be rebooking.
Although I was on a non smoking floor the entire hallway and my room had the odour or cigarettes.

Stayed Lumiere Kasai Hotel for 4 nights with my family of 2 kids. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and got cleaned daily very thoroughly by hard working staff. The location is very convenient. Your limou bus from Narita airport stops 2 min walk from hotel and Kasai station trains will take you wherever you want to go. Close to Disneyland and Teamlab planets but a little bit far from other side of the city attraction which was ok.
They made good memory for my family hence I'll give them a 5 STAR excellent considering the value we received for the price we paid!
