"The rooms are small but clean and equipped with what we needed and didn’t know we needed. I do wish we could’ve experienced the public bath but due to us having tattoos, that’s a no no. I liked and thought it was very convenient to have a little convenient store right in our hotel. Loved the bidet!!! Love that it has a laundry facility right in our hotel. The water pressure, temperature was AWESOME! If any negatives, and I’m just nitpicking…elevator can take a while to come and the dryers take a while to dry. Lastly., no Netflix allowed. That was a doozy for our two week stay, Once again I’m just nitpicking. The hotel was fabulous and beautiful! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!!"

"We were given a free upgrade to a higher floor which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing, and also from the window in the bathroom while relaxing in the tub. We loved our stay here for two weeks, it was relaxing and a nice 5 minute walk to the bay station monorail. We visited Tokyo Disney and DisneySea multiple times, as well as Ikspiari where they had multiple shops and food options. The morning and evening buffets were so good, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ever visit Tokyo again in the future, we will definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we were dreading the day we had to leave. "I booked the Superior Quadruple Room, Non Smoking for my family of 4. I was pleasantly surprised this room format was more spacious than I expected (Tip: look at room sq footage when selecting a room). It was very clean, friendly staff, coin laundry including soap on 6th floor if needed, extremely convenient being at Oshiage Skytree subway station (takes ~20 mins ride to Tokyo), 7-11 nearby, Life food market right downstairs, restaurants, bakeries, entire mall, SkyTree observatory tower, aquarium etc. It’s a little quieter than staying in the heart of Tokyo but there are lots of attractions a short train ride away (Sensō-ji 浅草寺 temple 2 stops away at Asakusa Stn. Only drawback would be reception desk is actually on 5th floor which can be a bit confusing. Also, it’s about a 40-60 min ride from Haneda closest airport using the quicker toll highway depending on time of day and traffic congestion. Can be reached by airport bus or train as well (harder to drag luggage in tunnels and up stairs so you need to research/plan and know which station has an elevator) and these modes of transport will likely take longer. "
