"The property was very clean and easily accessible from the train stations. Narita an Shinsoji is only a short walk away. It is self check-in, but when the staff were there they were friendly and helpful. "
"This hotel is a bit old school but i love how they have so much to do. There’s a pool and a spa and also a seven eleven inside the hotel which gives easy access to late night food and snacks. Overall a lovely environment with friendly staff."

"We arrived at Narita Airport from USA around 4pm and got our rental car. 2 family members were flying in at 10pm and we wanted to drive at that time to a town near Mt Fuji for a few days. We rented this hotel room and napped for 4-5 hours. Well worth the $50-60 to be rested for a 2.5hr drive after a long day. "
"The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby.
You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid.
My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the hotel as its not super close to the airport."
"With a block away from the metro, this hotel as conveniently located. My room was great, nice and spacious, the bath was very nice and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!"
"I highly recommend this place. It’s clean. They clean the room every day: All staff are nice, they have a family mart in the building. I would definitely stay here again."
"The hotel was amazing and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food at the hotel was very good, our rooms were very comfortable and they provided everything we needed for our stay such as toothbrushes, PJs dressing gowns. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of food items. is Our stay in Tokyo was made better because of the services provided by the hotel - free bus services to the local bus stop and into Tokyo centre.
Throughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend. "
