I loved this hotel! Loved the room! Loved the morning breakfast! Loved the staff; very patient and accommodating. Loved the atmosphere. My room was always immaculate and well stocked with necessities. The only one thing I was unhappy with was the pool; great look but too small. Couldn't swim.
But I would give the RIU 9/10

Staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel was very nice, it was in a good area, close to many restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was good, with an excellent selection. Would stay here again next time in Madrid.

"This house is close to Avila, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.The accommodations are very comfortable. The check-in was great: there was someone waiting for us and ready to show us everything about the hy. We had a wonderful time there!"
