    Welcome to our brand new construction home, located just minutes away from the bustling downtown area and major highways. Our open floor plan is perfect for families and groups, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The backyard is great for outdoor gatherings, and the end street location provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Plus, with the woods across the street, you'll enjoy added privacy during your stay. Though we don’t mind you smoking outside please do not smoke inside.

This house is really cute! It is close to everything but on a quiet street. The bedrooms are each a good size and the bathrooms are nice. There are tvs in every bedroom, plus a big basket of games in the living room and a large tic-tac-toe board. There is a cute cafe a couple of blocks away with good food for breakfast and lunch. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

This rental was exactly like the pictures !! Very clean and nice !! Has everything you may need. Walmart was 7 minutes down the road , downtown Nashville was close . Great place to stay!! Will be coming back to this place to stay !!!

Perfect location and in a good area! The check in process was the only complaint I have. The host said I could do an early check in but when we got there the cleaners were still there & we had to wait 1 hour. Overall it was a nice place & cute. Just bad communication.

We stayed for 2 nights and the house was great to access both downtown Nashville and the Opry area. Since it was a short stay it was very nice that they had toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee and sweetener provided so we didn’t have to buy those items. I was worried our group may not like not being within walking distance to downtown Nashville but they overwhelming said they preferred this home over our hotel stays near Broadway on prior trips. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had during our stay.
