Beautiful home just minutes from downtown Springfield and 30 minutes from Nashville, TN. We have chickens. You can gather the eggs and have fresh eggs for breakfast or enjoy fishing in the beautiful, relaxing, stocked pond. Fishing poles are ready and waiting. 1000 MBPS 1 gig Wi-Fi. Two living rooms. A gorgeous sunroom, three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig and coffee pot. We have a gas grill outside with a gazebo and a gas Burn Ring to enjoy smores.

We had a great time staying here while our son played baseball in the area. The house is beautiful and quite. The chickens where a wonderful addition and the eggs taste great.

Perfect location for day trips to Nashville
We really like the wide open spacious house with pond. It was great to run to big city and explore and than escape back to a smaller town that had everything we needed, food, stores. Great trip.

Early Easter
Spent an early Easter hiding eggs, flying kites, precious family time. Kids loved going out to gather eggs from the chickens and making breakfast. Awesome host , available when needed. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!

Travel with in-laws/Legacy Golf Course
We booked this property to stay in while our daughter was playing in a golf tournament at The Legacy Course. The home was conveniently located to the course and to dining options. The house was clean and well appointed and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The owner was easily reachable via text when we had a minor issue with a TV. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Peaceful Family Getaway
Our stay experience at this property was excellent. We used it as a place to gather while visiting surrounding tourist attractions both in and around Nashville and Kentucky. The host Deb was very receptive to us. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful country setting with lots to do a short distance away.

Host was readily available via text and very kind even offering to pick up groceries if we needed it. Wifi only worked for 1 device at a time but apparently they are upgrading so it might not be an issue in the future.

Family Thanksgiving Holiday
Our family’s first visit to the Nashville area. Lovely home that accommodated our four children and four adults perfectly. We were able to make our traditional Thanksgiving meal in the well stocked kitchen. And the stocked Keurig was a blessing to our coffee drinkers.

Nice Separate Spaces
We had a Mom Daughter retreat and enjoyed the 3 living areas, plus the gazebo outside for our various activities. We appreciated the nice China and glasses that made the meals look good. The home is clean and pleasant with nice reclining couches and comfortable beds.
