In town visiting our daughter at MTSU for parents weekend. We loved. The house and the location. It meant our needs. Owner was great to work with as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Quick trip to Murfreesboro

We were in town for a wedding and this townhome was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were amazing and the check in was super easy. They were super accommodating. Place was clean and as described. If ever we return, we’d definitely stay again!

Relaxing, Home Away from Home

My family of stayed here for the weekend while attending a basketball tournament at MTSU. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. The home was close to campus and other attractions/shopping/restaurants. Furthermore, the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again if visiting MTSU.

3 bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I, and 2 teens. Cute little place with everything we needed. Kids loved the welcome basket, and the tv in every room with free streaming. We will definitely check this place again first when whenever we visit MTSU.

We were in town to help our son unpack at his dorm and this rental was so convenient! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for all our needs. I loved the decor and the coffee bar was nice to have in the morning. The property manager was very quick and friendly in responding to any concerns we had and is so, so nice! All the comforts of home! Thank you again!

Great place for a little family

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the fall decorations as well :) The home is located very close to downtown/college which made it very easy to explorer the area. My husband, 2-year old and newborn stayed for two nights as one of our stops on our road trip through TN. While we didn’t use much , the home had everything we could possibly need, including a pack and play for littles and some fun books to read (which we did read each night). Megan was a wonderful host. She was very communicative and provided information about the area. Highly recommend staying with Megan!

We really appreciated the coffee bar and basket of complimentary snacks. The decor was very nice and welcoming. We also appreciated the laundry room with a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board. There was plenty of space for the 5 adults that stayed for 3 nights. There were a few places that could use a little extra attention when cleaning, such as the ceiling fan and the floor around the bathtub, but overall, the place was clean. The neighborhood was quiet, but it is a street with smaller, older homes. We also didn’t realize it was a duplex, and the walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor when we were trying to sleep. Overall, though, it was a comfortable stay.

I was in town for my daughter's graduation and thr accommodations were excellent and affordable.

Great place to stay and very affordable. They even provided a coffee and tea bar and snacks. Such southern hospitality. Will definitely stay there again.

Great little stay

This little blue house served us well and we are grateful for quick communication with owner. The extra goodies in the basket and welcome note were a nice personal touch. We enjoyed our visit to Murfreesboro visiting friends and this place was a nice "home base" for us.

Cute property with wonderful host

This place was perfect for our short weekend getaway. The host was super helpful and communicative. We had no issues accessing the property even though we got in late and it was clean. We will most definitely book this property again when we come back to TN.

FABULOUS !

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The location was quiet and peaceful yet close to everywhere we wanted to go. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable , and included all the amenities . The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests. Hope we get to stay again!

Enjoyed the property overall, very cozy and well spaced. However, there are some cons; would wish for better cleanliness, dust was very apparent, also beds squeaks a lot so it’s bothersome when moving while sleeping. Loved the welcome basket, very appreciated after a long travel.
