Kellie was great! She was very accommodating with our schedule and even had the AC turned on and cooling the rental by the time we got there.The property was amazing. Having coffee out on the back deck and drinks and dinner in the evening was the highlight of our trip. Very quiet property. If visiting Nashville again, I would definitely stay here!

This had everything we needed to spend a few quiet days unplugged but also close enough to Nashville to go out. The deck is really large and the covered area was great when it was drizzling out. We didn't venture out on the lake but did enjoy the view

We had a wonderful stay. The property was welcoming, clean and beautiful. We rented the boat for one day of our trip and spent a fabulous day on the lake. We appreciated the recommendation from the property owner to eat at Sam’s on the lake, the food was great. We hope to return in the future with our families for an extended stay.

Perfect family getaway

The view on the lake is everything, my husband and I sat on the deck everyday. The house was clean, music style. Nicely decorated. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It’s only 30 mns from downtown Nashville. We stayed there and drove to Downtown everyday.

Family lake vacation

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. Very peaceful vacation! Sunrise can be seen from the large deck. Kitchen is well stocked, large open area perfect for our family. Property was clean and very comfortable. Slight issue with listing accuracy that was addressed quickly by the owner who had several workable solutions. She was incredibly responsive for any questions or needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

We are "locals" and my husband stayed here for some R&R time. The pictures don't do it justice. Spacious, clean, quiet. The view is beautiful. Looking forward to booking a stay with the family. The owners were very responsive and kind. They even offered boat rides on the river! You won't be disappointed if you need a place to stay near Music City.

Awesome Rental

My wife and I wanted to visit Nashville and we went with some friends. The place was perfect for us and would have been comfortable with 6 people. We spent a lot of time site seeing, but when we we at the property it was great. They have a dock to fish off of and Old Hickory Lake is worth spending a day or two at. I wish we had more time there. All of us felt it was well worth the money we spent.

Old Hickory Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent. The interior was clean and was well furnished with enough kitchen accessories and towels for the bathrooms. We did have some ants coming in through the kitchen window. We sprayed them but they kept coming in. We also had a wasps nest on the back patio and the owner came over and sprayed. The listing said the home had Direct TV but there was none. We inquired about it and the owner said they hadn’t had Direct TV in years. She said there was streaming available but we weren’t able to watch any football or tv all weekend. Not so sure the tv’s that were there were smart tv’s. The WiFi kept cutting out all weekend so that wasn’t a strong signal. There was a BlueRay machine in the living room and bedroom. Who uses BlueRay!? It was a beautiful location overlooking the lake and conveniently located.
