Cozy, quiet, and comfortable private guest house in eclectic East Nashville. 8-min drive to downtown Nashville; 10-min drive to Opry Mills mall/Opryland Hotel/Grand Ole Opry! Walking distance to East Nashville favorites, such as The Tiger Bar, Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen, and Skinny Dennis. We’re a short 5-min drive to the popular Five Points area. We’ve considered every detail as we've created this magical space with you in mind!
Our private guest house is attached to the rear of the main house. Off-street parking is available in the rear of the property, adjacent to the fire pit area. Our guest house features a kitchenette, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer combo. Our guest house contains two floors connected by a spiral staircase — each floor with a separate external entry door. The bedroom is on the bottom floor, which offers a queen TempurPedic mattress (not currently on adjustable bed frame). The living space on the top floor offers a daybed for flexible enjoyment of the space, serving as sleeping quarters for a 3rd guest. The blue chair in the living area extends into a chaise position, as well as lays flat to a sleeping position for one person. The overall space offers (3) beds to accommodate (4) guests.
