This hotel was the lap of luxury. We booked a concierge class room and they took extra special care of us. The concierge lounge had a full breakfast and dinner and complimentary happy hour with fine wines. It was really a lovely hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to do and see around Nashville. Parking is a little steep at $70 a night with a truck. You will walk uphill back to the hotel from broadway, but worth the calorie burn after enjoying a great brisket downtown!!

The hotel and staff are great and extremely friendly. Every time we asked for anything they had answers and were prompt. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine right after we got into our room for the start of our 20th wedding anniversary. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in the world. Location is prime to everything Nashville and under rides and scooters everywhere made thing convenient and the Whole Foods a few minute walk was perfect for this hotel. I highly recommend staying here and TNG breakfast was amazing and delicious.

Clean rooms, very nice bar/lobby area with multiple seating areas, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I do wish they had more than just a standard gym. There is no steam room, sauna, or infrared sauna access (unless you are having an actual spa service; assuming the spa would offer that during a visit).

Room cleanliness could be improved. Moving night stands and cleaning behind would be great. Hard floor appeared clean, but the rug looked like it was not washed for some time. Bedding could be natural and luxurious. Pillows or the bedding smelled like old musky sweat. Wi-Fi was excellent, air conditioning was very good, but a bit loud. Staff was amazing. We loved staff and service/food at The Nashville Grange, Lou/Na, and Prime+ Proper. Hotel concierge did messed up our reservation for Prime + Proper, but it got resolved with a little bit of wait. It was a good experience overall.
