Staff was VERY pleasant and accommodating. I’ve never been to a hotel where staff was so friendly and cheerful. Made it an amazing stay! A bit of a musty smell in hallway, but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Full size fridge and sink was helpful to keep out things cold between our places we were staying on vacation. Would recommend!

This is the best place to stay close to the airport. The staff is awesome, it's quiet, free parking and close to everything you would need while in Nashville. See Nichole, the manager, she'll take great care of you!

Upon arriving late on a holiday weekend, there was still ample parking. Easy access to a clean room. Breakfast was great! The pool is nice size, and very clean, but could use a few more lounge chairs. Staff was always very courteous. ☆☆☆☆☆

The stay was fine. The photos showed the property in better condition that it was. Encounter pet hair from a previous guest and another guest brought her dog into the breakfast area. Good breakfast and easy access to the airport and highway. would book again.

Pretty nice hotel. We stay at a lot for travel sports. Main complaint was a line of people waiting for 3 pm check in. Letting people check in a little early isn't going to change your bottom line , and obviously the rooms were ready. There was a few spots around the hotel that could be more finished, like painters tape on a baseboard in the lobby bathroom or door handles that had sharp edges in or room bathroom from improperly being installed. All in all though the facilities were good. Nice pool. Staff were nice.

This was a nice location to downtown Nashville. The rooms had a large refrigerator, microwave, and a stove top. It has a nice table & 2 chairs in our room with a comfortable sitting area chair. The pool is open 9 to 9 & they have towels at the front desk. The morning breakfast is from 6 to 9 during the week and 7 to 10 on weekends. It is a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy & fried potatoes. Also have waffles, cereal, muffins, bread, drinks, etc. It was well filled constantly by a very efficient lady that really worked hard to keep up with the need. The only thing is the small bathroom, but I would definitely stay here again.

It was nice to have a table and chairs in the room to sit and eat. sitting on the bed and eating isn’t ideal. Although it had a two burner cook, stove and refrigerator if one wanted to cook there was no pots and pans or anything so it’s kind of pointless to have that if you can’t use it. It was a parent that the hotel was just recently remodeled. There was a lot of painters tape still on items in the room. Paint job was OK. I think if they were going to.The room like they did though they could have done a better job but all in all it was a good place to stay. We were there for four days. Beds were super comfortable

The staff was friendly and the place was great. We had a problem when we checked in, we asked the lady what time the airport shuttle started. She said 4:30. We told her we didn't need to leave that early because our flight didn't leave until 7:25. She told us there were a 5:30 and 6:30 ones. We told her that we wanted the 5:30 one and she said okay, she'd take care of it. I know she was busy trying to get everyone checked in, but the next morning when I asked the desk clerk where the shuttle would pick us up, he asked if we had made reservations. I told him about check in. He had to call the shuttle person and make arrangements for her to pick us up. He didn't have room on the 5:30 shuttle, so he picked us up at 6:10. Fortunately we were able to make it in time to check in, get through security, and get to our gate on time. Another problem was when I went to the ladies restroom and sat down, the toilet seat slid to the side and scared me. I let the desk clerk know about it and they informed me they would let maintenence know about it. Other than those two problems, it was great!
