Staff was friendly and helpful. Onsite bar and restaurant was awesome, kind and generous to hotel patrons. Bodega onsite was convenient and had excellent breakfast sandwiches. Amenities in room were great, brand name shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. Vinyl record players and albums you can check out to use in room, what a nice perk.

Very friendly in accommodating staff. Very close to all the fun. Touristic stuff in downtown Nashville. Absolutely a five star rating. Especially the front desk people. Nicole was wonderful, very nice, professional, and a wonderful person!
