Great location, within walking distance of the Ryman theater, Johnny Cash museum, and Bridgestone Arena. Close enough to Broadway Street to check out all the bars but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise. The breakfast was amazing, David takes pride in the variety of food offered. Beds were very comfortable, housekeeping did a wonderful job. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone arena in about 5 Minutes. 15 minute lyfts most other places. Only downfall was one elevator was broken and the buttons on others didnt light up.

Upon arrival we did not receive the room requested, the front desk remedied immediately. The car valet service was top notch. The hotel bartender was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the fun. Will definitely stay again.

Good location for walking to Nashville attractions, breakfast also good. Ground floor rooms need reno, suites on higher floors are much nicer and better kept. One room we had booked had broken air con, the room was 30 centigrade, they said they had fixed it up but it was still broken so they moved one of us to another floor. Comparing the ground floor suites (no windows and quite dingy) and the higher floors are like two different hotels. Ground floor needs work to charge a suite price, suite should also come with a window. Overall okay, reception staff helpful and sorted any problems.
