Love this property, we loved our stay. They need to fix the coffee situation in the morning- a few times we were told there was no coffee. Other times there was. There has to be coffee available for guests each morning. Restaurant is delicious. So many great things to say. Just fix the coffee situation!

Overall, I was very disappointed with our stay. The Manager on duty was very childish and thought that is was okay to have us waiting for a room for nearly two hours with no compensation or care, or concern. The gentleman at the front was very courteous, attentive and apologetic unlike the manager in duty. The hotel is nice and the other staff was professional and we're trying to do the best they can with the large number of events taking place in Nashville that weekend. Also, the valet staff was very limited which caused long wait times however they maintained their professionalism and care. The hotel also ran out of clean towels and my bed was half made. Overall, very nice hotel but care to detail and the unprofessional response from the manager make me reconsider by lodging next time.

Luckily I enjoyed my first time in Nashville. However, the experience would have been better if hotel cust. service was better. Front desk had no sense of urgency. They were not aware of any events that were happening or able to support with valet parking. I spent approximately $270 in valet parking for 4 nights (as this is the only option the hotel offers). There needs to be better communication between all staff that serve the hotel customers. Valet parking was subpar. Granted, we did have a few who were kind enough to open our door and help with luggages. But there isn’t always a valet attendant available. There were plenty of times that I had to sit and wait for an attendant to come out to take the car, or to bring the car out. It was a bit frustrating especially when you have a certain reservation time to go somewhere. The pool was nice. It’s a trans local hotel so it was a nice place to meet both visitors and residents. However, the pool didn’t seem the cleanest. It got very cloudy throughout the day and probably needs better filtering. An item was also missing from my room and when I reported it, the front desk attendant seemed annoyed. There was no sense urgency or care, so I decided to just leave and not waste any more of my time. I don’t suggest paying extra for the city view room. There is no city view… the hotel is surrounded by buildings and there isn’t much to see. They should not be charging for a view… that’s a rip off. But we live and we learn!

Hotel was beautiful, staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again! The cafe coffee drinks were amazing! The breakfast food was good! Walking distance to the Cook Out if you are hungry late night! But if you want to get most places rent a car or you will spend more than $200 on Ubers. Only cons - Destination fee is confusing and annoying! The hotel charges you $25 per day, they give you a chance to buy stuff around the hotel up to $25 per day so you don't get charged the $25. Regardless if you buy or don't buy you will get charged the $25 destination fee. Super annoying and stressful during my visit. - I asked the front desk for water, normally front desk will provide guest with water. - Lastly pool opens at 8am, there were no clean pool towels until 11am. This was very disappointing!
