The condo itself was clean, beautiful, and located in a safe area. The two-bedroom unit was well-appointed with quality furniture and appliances, and the welcome kit with coffee and snacks was a nice touch. Its location was also convenient—just a 4-minute drive from our church conference.
Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several operational issues. We were told that check-in instructions would be provided 30 minutes before arrival, but they never came. Upon arrival, I had to piece together information from previous communications and locate the gate and door access codes through an app I had downloaded. We also never received the parking decal or physical door key referenced in the check-in instructions.
Customer support was only available by phone and, while representatives listened to our concerns, no effective resolution was provided. Without a parking decal, we were forced to park in visitor spaces to avoid towing, resulting in a daily walk of approximately 600 feet each way in business attire and dress shoes. We also noticed inconsistencies in the unit's preparation, such as missing restroom essentials in one bathroom that were available in the other.
Overall, the accommodations themselves were excellent, but the communication, check-in experience, and lack of follow-through on guest issues prevented the stay from meeting expectations. One might say, these non residential apartments are a 2nd source of income for the owners with no effort to meet basic needs.
