Very kind staff, and the security of my stay outstanding since I was traveling alone. The room did not have a clean smell, there was no coffee in the room, and the hallway was too dark. But I enjoyed my time at the concert nearby.

We always have a really good experience at this Moxy. Location is great, rooms are always clean and nicely appointed, fitness center is very good. The only issue we noticed this time was a leak or some sort condensation that appeared to be on every floor. It was coming through the perimeter of the light fixture just outside the elevators. We told someone at the check-in desk. Hopefully, they can get that fixed quickly.

Fantastic hotel and perfect location! Staying at this hotel was brilliant, the hotel itself was incredibly clean and the staff were so receptive and helpful. As hotel bars go too, the bar at this hotel was very good! The hotel is also just an Uber/Lyft away from major tourist hotspots like Broadway and it those taxis don’t cost very much at all. Will definitely look to stay here again.

4/10 Poor

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The problem was the thermostat could not be adjusted lower than 68 degrees. We got so hot during the night because the air wasn’t even working. Also, we didn’t realize they don’t have refrigerators in the room. I didn’t even think to check about that before booking because I thought a refrigerator was standard. I think the rates are over priced for what you get.

The room was smaller than we expected. Bathroom was nice but small. Little cramped with 2 people in there at same time. Overall it was fine for the one night we stayed. The staff was friendly and the free drinks were a nice surprise.
