And, there will be no better place to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail in bliss than the furnished balcony boasting a swinging chair, outdoor dining table, and sweeping city views. The Space:

Airbnb Hotel. Residence is completely private and has private balcony on the top floor. Unit is a roomy studio with one queen bed (2 ppl), custom bunk beds (2 ppl) and a couch that will sleep (1) comfortably. The space also has a garage door that opens to a downtown view. Building is named Muse and has shared patio, workout room, lobby and parking garage. New in 2023 a Morgan Wallen Themed speakeasy bar off the balcony.



We can accommodate up to 6 guests by providing an air mattress as an additional sleeping space. If needed, we can arrange this for an additional charge of $25. Please let us know in advance so we can have it set up for your stay



Things to note:

- Eligible refunds may incur a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- All properties offer contactless check-in. Please arrive between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you arrive later, you can still check in, but assistance may not be available. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

- Locals must inquire before booking. If a local resident books without first inquiring, management has the right to cancel the reservation without the possibility of a refund.

- No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.
