Quiet Apartment Retreat

Come enjoy tranquility in a one-bedroom suite with a private entrance, sitting room, breakfast nook and full kitchen amenities. Located less than 2 miles from Downtown Murfreesboro, Steven's Sanctuary will provide a relaxing retreat with easy access to the unique nightlife and historic districts of "the Boro."

The space
Nashville is only a 30-45 minute drive and there's tons to do in Murfreesboro and surrounding areas.

There is one queen bed and a pull-out twin in the bedroom as well as a couch and an air mattress in the living room, meaning this suite can sleep up to 5 or 6. A travel crib provided upon request and with a waiver.

Guest access
There's a private entrance and the apartment is all yours! Bedroom, sitting room, full kitchen & dining table, extra breakfast nook, and full bath are all private spaces. A small laundry set up (stacking washer and dryer) is located in the walk-in closet, we can service larger loads for you!

Other things to note***
There is one dedicated parking specifically for you, our guest. Please let us know if you will be bringing more than 1 car so we can make arrangements for you to have an additional place to park. Overnight guests must be registered by name. There is no smoking or vaping on property, inside or outside. Pets are welcome with a pet fee based on weight and your agreement to provide crate & to crate pets when unsupervised. ***RESERVATIONS LONGER THAN 30 DAYS have additional stipulations for which you should inquire of the host.

Great place, Central to everything

This little apartment couldn't have been more perfect. Great size for just me but certainly couldn't held more people. Everything was well maintained. I will definitely used this same place again. I found it to be central to everywhere I needed to be in Murfreesboro. Thanks for everything!

Return visit for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all of the essentials. After visiting family in the area it was good to return to this quiet apartment. Our small dog was quite comfortable as well. We appreciated this stay.

So much more then expected

This is a wonderful little apartment. Perfect for two people or a small party. They have everything you need inside And a quaint little sitting area outside. It is only about 45 minutes from Broadway down in Nashville and gives you a nice, quiet place to come back to after the loudness of the party area.

perfect weekend space

This little apartment is tucked in the back of a house in a quiet, established neighborhood. As soon as we walked in I decided that next time we need accommodations in Murfreesboro, I'll look this place up for availability first. It's beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and antique furniture. It has plenty of space for a 2-3 person party, and lots of everything you need plus some extra thoughtful amenities. The owner is responsive and friendly. She keeps her rental space clean and updated without overloading her guests with tons of rules and chores before checking out. It was clean, safe, private, and delightful.

Home Away from Home

The apartment was beautiful, private, super clean, and well-equipped with everything that I needed for my 3 month stay. Glenna was an amazing host. She was very thoughtful, responsive, and always available if I needed anything. The location of the apartment was great as well. Close enough to everything that I needed and yet peaceful and quiet. It felt like a home away from home and it made my stay in Murfreesboro very comfortable and enjoyable.

Cute and convenient

Steven's Sanctuary is a cute and clean place to stay. Has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had great communication with the host. The location is convenient to downtown and MTSU.
