Great house and love the rooftop fire pit! The location was perfect for going downtown or Germantown

We enjoyed our stay at the Rooftop Paradise. My family was super impressed with my pick. Loved all the space and it had a bedroom for all our adult kids and us. There was tons of kitchen items and we were so thankful for the Kuerig. If you need a place for your family or a group trip, this is a perfect place. A short Uber ride to Broadway Street or walk if feeling energetic and it’s not 90 degrees!! Unfortunately it was too hot to take advantage of the rooftop seating area with fire pit, but we’d definitely come back and stay here. Ryan was great to work with and shared all the important details in a timely manner. Can’t go wrong with this one!!!

Labor Day Weekend in Nashville

We had a wonderful stay--house was awesome! Lots of little extras--especially enjoyed the nice coffee station setup and the great rooftop deck. Very easy to get Ubers over to Broadway where we spent most of our time. Ryan was a great host and would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Close to downtown. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you, it’s very safe. House was very clean and had a great kitchen for entertaining. The upstairs patio has a great view of downtown. Definitely recommend.

Would stay again!

This was our first time in Nashville and really enjoyed ourselves! The property was clean and had everything you could think of that you might need during your stay! Communication with the host was excellent. The only downside to the property was the neighborhood is a little sketchy/dirty. This does not reflect at all on the actual property, but good to know if you get nervous about homeless people living on the same block, etc. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Ryan’s house was perfect for our group of 7. Very spacious and nicely furnished. Well stocked with paper products, linens & towels, kitchen cookware. Ryan was the ultimate host. Nashville leadership conference with Marykay

This home was STELLAR!!! It was beautiful, well stocked, super clean and super CLOSE to the convention center. All furniture and beds were comfy and perfect. The space suited our crew of 10 perfectly. Ryan was a great host and easy to communicate with. All directions were clear and easy to understand. I am looking forward to coming back with my family again for another round of Nashville fun. I could not believe how close we were to downtown- 5 min… boom, there. Ubers and Lyft rides were on it, never had to wait. This was the perfect vrbo getaway.

The home was exactly as described. It was very clean and met all of needs. The location was an easy walk to Broadway and surrounding area. Ryan responded promptly to a couple questions we had. We did not get to use the upper outdoor patio which looked really nice! Maybe next time.
