The Space:

The condo is right in front of the Cumberland River and offers a communal pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. This chic living room greets you with a 55" Apple TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ capable, however subscriptions not included), wifi, and a sofa bed. Go through the sliding glass doors and enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio table overlooking the river.



The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine ware, and more. If you don't feel like cooking on vacation, there are numerous local eateries within walking distance! There is a counter-height dining table in the living room for 2.



Sleep comfortably in the King bedroom, equipped with another 55" Apple TV and en suite bathroom.

Good location - within walking distance to Broadway, many attractions, and the Central bus station. Nice view of the river from the balcony. Unit was well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Shower had good water pressure, with plenty of hot water. Would stay there again.

The property was wonderful, came with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The river view is great also the balcony, but their A/C works magic. About 5ish minutes from Germantown and Broadway.

I had a great stay . It was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was awesome.i have no complaints at all . Its a very nice apartment. Well worth the money and very close to broadway. Definitely will stay there again

Comfortable home away from home

Spent 4 days here. Walkable to downtown & Broadway (20 min). Easy access to other attractions. Comfortable king bed. Nice to have comfy living room seating. Enjoyed the small Deck with river view. All basic amenities needed were provided (except tinfoil & Saran Wrap - but we brought our own)

Lovely riverside spot

Great walking distance to downtown and night life. Try the Monday night brewery nearby Riverside spot Pool very nice Clean and nice temperature. Would recommend.

Good alternative

This property was nice and a good value for the price. The property is in the river so that was nice and is close enough to downtown to walk. The bed was comfortable and the place was relatively clean. It’s an older apartment so there are some things that just can’t be cleaned and need to be replaced At some point. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Quick getaway

Condo was very cute and had all the necessities. Walking distance to downtown but would not suggest it after dark. Currently, construction across the street can get noisy. Once completed the area should feel more like a community. Loved the river view and the small wildlife.

Convenient to Downtown and Printers Alley

This was our second stay at Riverfront Condos. Condo was clean, but had a musty smell. Neighbor upstairs was super loud late at night. Other than that, it hits the mark for convenience to the top areas downtown. Love the balcony on the river.

Served as a great ‘home base’ for us during our first visit to Nashville. Plenty of parking available. Safe neighborhood. Short drive and very walkable distance to downtown/ Broadway. Unit had all the essentials. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Overall, this place was comfortable. It is an older building, so we could hear the people around us. The place had a musty smell, but improved with the air turned on.

Fantastic

Everything was easy. Texted mamager a few times and got very prompt responses. Had minor issue with not having an iron. They dropped a brand new one off a few hours later. Great location. Quiet and easy access to everything we wanted to do. If we go back to Nashville we will definitely stay there again

Nashville Week

Overall the stay was great. However the building is built with poor construction it was very loud you could hear the people next door as well as the folks in the unit above. We had to sleep with ear plugs. The unit was clean and well equipped. There was some black mold growing in the bathroom in way of the shower. Other than that everything was clean the unit could use a fresh coat of paint. The location and parking were great. We would stay again.

Much Needed Vacation

We really enjoyed the property! It was very cozy while we had our downtime from being out. We came for a romantic long overdue vacation, new to Nashville, and it was in such a great location. The neighborhood isn't the best, it seems a little shady when you pull in, but they keep parking in this covered garage thing with alot of lighting, and you can park right by your apartment. I felt safe. The water pressure from the shower -- OMG! It was the best shower I had in a while lol. And the pillows -- I literally took off the pillowcases to see what the brand was. It is a perfect place for a couple, the river view and patio is very relaxing, and the perfect distance to downtown. So you are not in it but right by it, its minutes away, but not loud. If you are needing somewhere to stay in Nashville close to downtown, this is probably one of the best bang for your bucks you will get. We went in late fall so I cant comment on the pool but wish there was a hot tub..... if I had to give a complaint lol. Thanks for the hospitality and relaxation for the week. We felt very comfortable and welcome!

Property was nice. Location was decent. Pool was nice. The one issue we had was fixed quickly. (Refrigerator was not cold) Had a nice relaxing time. Only 1 issue. We went for walks, and saw a lot of homeless people. Certainly not the verbo owners fault.

The condo was clean. A little smaller than anticipated but still enough room for the 3 of us. The bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the condo and only had a box fan instead of a ceiling fan. Aside from that the condo was great.

Nashville Fireworks

We had a great time in Nashville. The location was convenient. Clean and comfortable. Friendly critters stopped by daily to share out snacks. Good thing they liked Doritos. We had great food and thoroughly enjoyed the live music scene. ;)
