An older motel. Needed updated. It was a quite neighborhood. Lady checking us in very nice!

Very nice motel and reasonable. I went downtown for music. less than 15 minutes. clean, everything worked, and i liked the Mexican restaurant next door. highly recommend both.

My heater didn’t work. I was cold when the outside temps dropped. There were holes in the fitted sheet and the spread . It was run down and not maintained. Had to buy wide tape to seal the lower half of my door from the gap that let quite a draft in. Bed was very comfortable though and lady on evenings was sweet and helpful.

The ac was missing parts and not working, the door chain was broken off and the area is very sketchy looking with lots of characters around. The staff was very nice and the room was kind of clean. Couch had a stain on it and the room smelled like smoke

I was able to check-in quickly. The staff was pleasant and greeted me promptly. The bed was neatly made and the linoleum faux wood floor was clean. The toilet flushed well and the hot water was a good temperature.

We don't mind going cheap and aren't as picky as most travelers. However this is definitely the worst hotel we have stayed at. There was trash leftover from the previous stay. The celing was falling apart at the door. The pillows were flat. The floor was so dirty it made your feet black when walking barefoot. The location was at least closr to the attractions we went to.

I had no major issues. The room was okay but furniture, bathroom and other areas of the room were dirty. The front desk had issues with the system so i had to wait some time for them to check me in. The rate was a good cheap price to stay for a Night.

I honestly didn’t want to judge based on other reviews, definitely stayed because the price was low, but it’s not the cleanest, staff is very nice there are good stores nearby and a restaurant right next door, the floors are dirty, my room smelled like cigarettes, i was able to shower and sleep. Definitely not the cleanest option or prettiest.

Let's be honest about motels like this; you get what you pay for; it's a value purchase. So, I was perfectly fine with getting a mediocre motel because the price was good. So, given the price, I would have given this place four stars since it was a decent price. That said, they lost two stars for the following reasons. The exterior looks horrible, like it was about to crack apart at any minute. People were constantly hanging-out in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe leaving my vehicle there for any extended period of time. They required a $50 deposit at check-in. And, their sign said that they could enforce that deposit policy whenever they wanted to (ad hoc). The fact that they don't state that in the reservations was annoying. Other than that, the room was fine; clean and no problems.

Hidden Fee and unkempt room

Check-in Service was fine and the night clerk genuinely seemed like she was doing her best. Only concern is a $50 housekeeping hold that was supposed to be returned on check-out but has yet to be debited back. When I called after landing back home in PNW, day clerk advised on a 5-10 business day return window. I double checked and there was no mention of this on the Hotels listing. No upkeep in the room itself. There were multiple spots on the floor that had not been cleaned. Unsure if food or bodily fluids but luckily, they were in parts of the room I did not have to go. Room was covered in dust and spiderwebs. Sheets were stained and discolored, and had cigarette burns despite being in a no smoking room. Towels themselves looked clean so wound up using those to sleep on before showering and leaving. Overall the room was sub-par with a lot of concerns. Will not be considering another stay at this facility if/when back in Nashville.
