Front Desk and restaurant staff good, Housekeeping staff could be better. Indoor pool and spa was nice. Area around the Hotel was very old and nothing to write home about. On site restaurant was decent. Free shuttle was a nice bonus. Thank You

For the price of our stay the room was small and bathroom was as well. There is hardly any storage for clothing if you’re staying a week. The positives are the comfy beds and noise level outside was minimal plus the shuttle to the Gaylord and mall. There is no breakfast included however.

Great stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Traveled for a few days and came back for another night before we flew out. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, beds are comfortable and relaxing.

Hotel was clean, friendly, and had amenities for everyone. Indoor pool and tub were great fun. Desk staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They arranged shuttle to Broadway, found us an Irish pub and generally made our stay complete. Thanks

Just an okay stay

We stay here every year at the same time to do Black Friday shopping. We always eat in the restaurant and enjoy a non-traditional Thanksgiving Dinner of our choice. This year the only option was a Thanksgiving Buffet. We will be exploring different options for next year.

We chose this as a more economic option from Gaylord Opryland. Clean indoor pool, fairly quiet despite thin walls. rooms are a bit small but have everything you need. Free shuttle bus service to Opryland .
