The perfect combo of country and city! Offering 3 bedrooms along with cable, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Full back yard with lights, grill and fire pit. The best part, just 10 minutes to downtown!! It is also just a block from Charlotte Park which has playgrounds and walking/running trails.

This cozy home is nestled under mature trees in West Nashville, just minutes from Downtown, Nashville West, Sylvan Park, The Nations, Green Hills, and the famous Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Bobbi's Ice Cream, and The Ridge. You may not ever turn on the tube because you'll likely be checking out all the fun decor inside or grilling and relaxing out back under the lights!
