My family and I kept mentioning how much this listing felt like a home, rather than a VRBO listing! It was so well stocked, accommodating and cozy. Great Accommodations for adults

Property is really nice. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There are quite a few stairs which we were fine with but may not work for everyone. Plenty of room we had our grown children with us, so 5 adults and we all had our own bathrooms. The only noise was a train as the house is well insulted enjoyed the stay would come back to this property.

AWESOME!!!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 6 adults and it was nice there was 3.5 bathrooms. The house is super clean and has lots of amenities. It’s a quick Uber drive to Broadway and we went to Top Golf which was also awesome. Shelby was great with communication and answered immediately if I had questions. I would definitely highly recommend this house to friends and family and would book again if we come back to Nashville.

Wonderful stay!

Such a great stay at this property! First off, the location was perfection. 10 mins to downtown and a short drive to any food or coffee we could want. We booked for 6 people and all stayed comfortably. The bathrooms were large and well stocked, there was plenty of storage space to hang clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The host was extremely responsive and even texted back within the hour when I had a question. This place does have 2 full sets of stairs (traditional townhome) so if you have accessibility needs, I wouldn’t say this is the best place for you, but other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Nashville.

Very nice and spacious home close to downtown

The house is very nice. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It had plenty of room and a bonus that it had four bathrooms! It also has two parking spaces, so parking was easy. Shelby was very responsive, helpful, and answered questions quickly. It's about a ten to fifteen minute drive to downtown. We took a lot of ubers and the cost was reasonable. I do wish there would have been a few more places within closer walking distance to the home, but there definitely were some restaurants you could walk to. The neighborhood felt safe as well. Overall great experience!

A family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s record release, and east Nashville was a great and convenient location. We are all 65+ so we found the stairs to be a bit of a challenge. Shelby, the property manager was great to deal with and very responsive to our needs. A couple comments which may help others going forward; one of the upstairs bathrooms floor was covered with dirt/sand and required sweeping (note to housekeeper), we could have used more hand towels and wash cloths ( the downstairs bath had no wash cloths), and if you are a light sleeper be warned to bring earplugs as the train traffic and noise continues throughout the night. This is an excellent location as far as access to town and area sites and attractions.

New Condo Close to Everything

This property is brand new recently and is one of ten condos in a small two-building development. Covered parking, very large living room area with plenty of seating and a large island in the kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are quite large; the one on the garage level is a little smaller but still nice. Each bedroom has it's own full bath plus another 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Appliances and furniture are new with the new construction. This condo has nice foliage in the back that makes for a garden view of sorts. Very close walking distance to coffee, restaurants, bars, brew-pubs, Dollar General, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and the like. 10 minutes from a beautiful river-front park. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent stay for girls’ weekend!

My two friends and I stayed at this rental for an extended weekend trip to Nashville, selecting it for the good reviews and modern aesthetics. The rental is right off the interstate and it’s easy to get to downtown and all Nashville area activities. The host, Shelby, was a extremely responsive. We were able to extend our stay by a day just days before we were due to arrive. Check in and check out were easy. The rental was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, including toiletries (a nice surprise). The front bedroom tends to get a bit of noise at night from the street and neighbors but a little white noise blocked most of that out. The location is just a few minutes from a grocery store, coffee shop, and other necessities. I highly recommend Shelby’s place for your Nashville visit. My friends also really enjoyed the place and thanked me for finding something so great for our stay!

Beautiful condo! Not actually 4 beds. One is air mattress.

This apartment is very nice. The host is extremely responsive. The check/in our process was great. Somethings to consider when renting this place because it's not on the listing details. It is not actually 4 beds as listed. One is an AIR MATTRESS. We booked this because we thought it has 4 bds. Also. We kind of expected to go into our 8 day stay with some amenities fully stocked and it wasn't. We had enough ground for one pot of coffee and an almost empty papaer towel roll. Right from the beginning we had to buy more stuff, which we expected to do a few days in,not right away. The hostess was nice and good at explaining things. Also a couple things were broken but she said they were getting replaced. Overall, I would stay again knowing what I know now and being prepared for it next time.

Host was very welcoming! Had trouble with the key pad, code was good but it was finicky or maybe it was just us…. We had another couple with us too. Also, seemed to be warm upstairs at night and the air temp control didn’t work too great. Otherwise we had what we needed.
