The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind!! Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The only issue was access to the pool was not available to anyone as advertised on hotels.com.

Comfort Inn Nashville West
The room wasn’t clean the sheets and pillows had stains all over, the chair in the room was broken but the property was pet friendly, the breakfast was limited but decent. Staff was nice but I wish the room was cleaner for the price I paid.
