"Great stay! Even with the language barrier the staff were all very kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer questions and help with bookings."

"The location is very convenient"

"This property was very nice. Our room was typical Japanese size small partly because we had a single twin which is huge. I highly recommend getting the double twin room. In Japan a twin is more like a full or queen. The hotel buffet has something for everyone. We enjoy staying at the Tobu hotels. Our favorite is Tobu Hotel Levant in Tokyo. Utsunomiya Tobu Hotel Grande is a great stay. Its minutes walking to the Tobu-Utsunomiya Station too."

"Amazing hospitality, comfort and cleanliness. Beautiful stay. Food and snacks provided. 10/10 highly recommend!"

"Would definitely recommend."

"I've stayed at the Yard 9 countless times. Its my favorite hotel in the Tochigi area. "

"Two days at Kitsuregawa was a good experience. The breakfast service was particularly good."

"It was lovely"

"Great little place with a neat market in site. The convenience of the little town was great just wished it stayed open a little later"

"Nice hotel close to train and bus station ."

"It was a very meaningful stay."

"Very good faciliries and enjyoiable stay. "

"The atmosphere of the place was both friendly and relaxing. All the staff were exceptional. We loved our stay at Mashikokan Satoyama Resort Hotel. "

"The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though. "

"Spacious room, very accommodating and friendly staff. "
