"Clean room, respectful staff, helpful staff, great parking, easy check in"

"There was mold in the shower/tub. There were stains on the carpet in multiple places The location was perfect, nets downtown"

"Breakfast was poor, dry tasteless sausage and instant watery gravy with scrambled eggs. Coffee was good as was the juices and grits. Our bathroon door wouldn't close properly. Conference rooms were great. The staff who served the conference were great. I hate complaining but I assume you want an honest review and truthfully the pork was hard and dry. The chicken was cooked hard and tasteless and people at our table did not eat all their meal and agreed in the quality. "

"This stay was a total disappointment for us. The property had recently changed ownership and obviously had been allowed to run down. The room decor and furniture was decades old. It needed a deep clean. I paid extra for a room with a view of the Mississippi. There was one small sight line of the river. The breakfast area was the only bright spot. It was clean and the meal tasty. I hope new management gets it right. "

"The grounds are beautiful. The atmosphere is very quaint. The property is not well-maintained. It needs a lot of updating, which can be done while maintaining the charm. The grounds landscaping needs a little help too."

"I stayed at the Bridges Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was so nice and friendly. I got to play with the hotel mascot. Bridges is his name. When I plan another girls trip I will try to get the Bridge Hotel again."

"My major complaint is not one that the host can do anything at all about. The house is VERY close to a busy road. The road noise is deafening and continues until the wee hours. There wasn’t much sleep to be had. "
