"No microwave in rooms, tiny 2 6 oz cups of coffee in the room with coffee maker. The Hotel stated free breakfast, there was no breakfast. A handful of granola bars and coffee."

"We reserved a suit but were given double queens no sofa bed. Breakfast was a hour late due loud upset guests, then we charged an additional $25 for we don’t know why? On top of already paid $230, definitely was not like our usual holiday express stays very unsatisfactory stay"

"Our room had a nice view of the main strip and the Mississippi River area. It was clean and well maintained. There was a mistake on my bill, but thw staff was gracious and helpful in getting it straightened out very efficiently."

"The room I was given was not suitable. It did not have a shower curtain. In fact it was a candy cap room and I’m not handicap. My preference is never to stay at that property again."
