"When I arrived, no one was at the desk. I waited one hour before they showed up. Apparently the manager had taken ill and didn’t call anyone to take his place. A nice gentleman, who was not on shift and could not get into the computer, did arrive and was trying to make contact with someone else to get the appropriate login information to be able to access the computer. Nonetheless, it was totally unacceptable not to have anyone man in the desk for a solid hour. The room had a trashcan that was...
