The only hitch was that the lovely clawfoot tub and shower in one bedroom did not have hot water, but we very easily used one of the other bathrooms so it wasn't a big deal. "The house is nice and big, and very convenient to the St Charles line. The furniture in the house needs some updating, but overall was eclectic and fun. The neighborhood isn't great, but it seems to be in transition with a lot of renovations and new construction nearby. Overall a good value for the money."
