"Never any complaints about the Healthman. Fabulous room service (they have a restaurant you can order from on the 1st floor), great walkable location to downtown, very clean rooms and quick, friendly service. Not a lot of available parking, so come prepared to valet. But otherwise I would always stay here when given the chance"

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly the reception team always had a smile on their face and were genuinely helpful whenever possible. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issues I experienced were related to the lobby. The lobby was always very cold, especially in the evenings. If you wanted to sit there to have a tea or watch TV, you couldn’t stay more than a few minutes because the temperature was uncomfortable. It didn’t seem like the heating was being adjusted at all. Additionally, for two or three mornings, the hotel staff working in the lobby were extremely loud. They played music, had phone calls on speaker, and talked very loudly among themselves. It made it impossible to sit in the lobby for even ten minutes, and they said this noise typically continues until around 4 PM. It was quite inconvenient for residents, and it would be much better if the staff were more considerate of guests who are trying to relax or work in the lobby. Despite this, my overall stay was good, and the hotel has many positive qualities. I hope they address these issues to make the experience even better for future guests."

"My stay was truly exceptional. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, but what really stood out was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay memorable, especially Sam, who went above and beyond with incredible service. The amenities were great, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everything just felt easy and enjoyable. Plus, the Link is only a two-minute walk away, which made getting around Seattle super convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"This small, family-run hotel is very good value in a relatively expensive neighborhood. Convenient location near downtown Kirkland and not a long drive to the highway entrance, less than a block to a full-size grocery store, etc. Comfortable room. Interior hallways. Elevator. Courteous staff. You should be aware that the reception and housekeeping is effectively "remote", and there is no daily room service, which I didn't mind; you just need to ask for coffee refills, etc. I prefer not to pay for these amenities and so was happy with the tradeoff."
