In fairness, the room was pretty decent for the price. They have a microwave and mini fridge. But the elevator stinks, it was raining during our stay and there was a leak inside the elevator. Not satisfied with the smell and cleanliness as well. But staffs were nice.

The rooms felt very old, not maintained well. There were no towels in the room and I had to go get them from the front desk. The wash sink was getting clogged, the A/C was dripping water and the water went all over the room by the time I returned from outside. The staff were very helpful and allocated me another room in time, but the hotel rooms felt not maintained well.

Great customer service, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Swimming pool dirty and no hot tub. No breakfast. Area where hotel is located was sketchy homeless, druggies, and prostitution all around hotel. Can't even walk to to local restaurants.

The convenience to the location where we needed to go was good. One of the reasons we chose the place was because it was a Ramada. The room had a strong odor which took awhile to get rid of. The traffic and party noise was loud and there was an issue with the drain initially not working. The staff was very helpful, courteous and dealt with drain problem. Everything else was out of their control.

The best thing of the property is the view in the morning facing the water, other than that it’s not a safe area and property needs some upkeep around the building smelt like urine and it’s close to the high way next to a gas station

First off let me say. I’ve been staying at this particular hotel for the last six years and have noticed the downfall of This place. Check in was totally different from checking out. Sendy was friendly and had great customer service, checkout lady was not. We had hair’S on our towels, no hot water & no remote and was told they were locked up and couldn’t get one until the next day.

This place used to be great. Had an amazing restaurant, fun entertainment and great staff. They last time it was like another world. Armed security scoping u out like u were a criminal just for checking in, no food, no karaoke, crime all over the place, dirty room. Very disappointed.

The property overall is average. Some upgrades were done while others were not. The bay view is really nice on the upper floors. Reggie was the manager/ person that checked me in. He made sure everyone (in front of me and including me) was accommodated and well taken care of. He's patient and a one man show. I applaud his work and service.

They smoke no matter what

The check in went well the guy at the front desk helped me out and did a great job. But the first room I got was a “non smoking” and it smelled like weak smoke. Went back got another room and that one had burnt sheets from smoking

Thought the customer service was great, the property maintenance was the worst I've ever experienced. First I get a non smoking 2 queen bed and it smelled like someone just finished smoking in the room. The second room we got made me and my family nauseous and sick. The room had poor air circulation and there was mold in the refrigerator. We did not stay in the room for more than 15 minutes.

I have atayed in Ramada Hotels in the uk and have been Pleased with the service generally. This time l was disappointed. The Laundry towels were not available when we arrived. The towels did not arrive till the next day. The booking into our room was slow. We had to go through the process again when the person dealing with the booking walked out of the room. The floor was dirty it obviously had not been cleaned. There was no Bar facilities and restaurant facilities they were both closed throughout our stay. The under floor car park needed a clean up trash was on the floor. We understand there was a problem getting good staff the impression was they werenot well paid. The aircon was very noisy it obviously needs some maintenance. The view from the external balcony of the city was good.

Served it's purpose

We were flying out of Tijuana early in the morning, so this hotel was in a convenient location. I liked the parking structure. The guest attendant, Reggie, had some issues with his hygiene (bad dandruff and visible scars, probably from eczema, on his arms). The room had nice new flooring, but everything else was average. The new windows were not installed properly so there was a gap which brought in a lot of noise from the freeway.

Service was great!! Going up to 6th floor from car garage was easy and everything needed a key card and that made me feel more safe. Costumer service was great!! The party that downstairs has late at night was a big loud but didn’t bother us. We wanted to check that out but didn’t have time. The pool was decently clean and my kids had a blast. The only thing that I didn’t like was we were only given 2 towels at a time and none for the pool. I have 2 daughters with slot of hair so the towels got wet very fast and took a long time to dry.
