The walk to the Metro is a little longer then we'd hoped (took about an hour to get down on the Mall from our house), but the neighborhood is lovely and the grocery store on the way to and from the Metro was super handy. "Terrific house in a beautiful neighborhood in north Arlington. We loved walking daily. Grocery stores and restaurants very close and easy to get to all the DC attractions. New windows in this older home meant it was super quiet at night. Well equipped kitchen made family meal prep easy. Appreciated our responsive host."

"My family and I loved this property. The hosts were friendly, informative, and accurate about this home. The location was within walking distance of the Smithsonian and many other sites that we were interested in visiting. Our group had 2 couples and 2 children. Having 3 1/2 baths available and the bunk room for the kids was perfect. All accommodations were beautiful, and the kitchen was great. The unit was also very clean. My grandson also left his stuffed animal, and the hosts and cleaning...

"Nice House really close to to Washington. Dishwasher and Washing machine really come in handy. We used the car to get to the National Mall and the surrounding sights. Preordered Parking in one of the garages. Metro or Lynk/Uber would work fine also."

"The house was exactly as it shows in the pictures online - very clean, spacious, contemporary and comfortable. We had tours, exhibits, restaurants, concerts and shows lined up for most of the weekend, so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but it was great to come back to in the evening and relax, as well as start the day off with breakfast here. We had a question about the heating, and were easily able to get hold of Shia, who was most accommodating and immediately addressed our concern."

"Had a good stay at Kelly’s place for a couple of days during our trip to Washington DC. It is very conveniently located and a good place for a family of 4. The apartment is nicely kept and has the right amenities for a family. We had a good time relaxing and doing fun things in the evenings as well with the board games at the apartment. Thanks Kelly!"

"The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance."

"Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. Downstairs “suite” with bedrooms, bath and living room was great for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year old. Nice...

"Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy to get to all the sites in DC. About a 12-14 minute walk to subway, but we usually choose a 2 minute walk to the bus- very easy to use. Host responded quickly to all our questions. Some street noise, but normal for a stay in a city."
